Heavenly Match is a service by Muslim Congress for Muslims residing in North America who want to meet their prospective spouse. We offer a safe, secure, and discreet environment where you can search for your marriage partner, communicate, and—inshaAllah—find your soul mate. This is open to Muslims regardless of culture, community, and sect.

We follow industry standards in securing your data, including SSL encryption and administrator supervision throughout the process. If you see any suspicious profiles or receive messages that are inappropriate or offensive, please contact [email protected].

You need to register to use the Heavenly Match service. Registration requires a few personal details, your email address, and your agreement to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. You can start your search once your profile is approved.

You do not need to pay to use the free tier of our service. To send match requests to other candidates and chat with them, you will need to upgrade to our premium tier. The cost to upgrade is a one-time fee of US$50.00 (pricing is also shown in the app and on our membership page).

Download the mobile app from the App Store or Google Play. Follow the instructions to register for a new profile. Once you complete the initial signup form, you will receive an email at the address you provided. Follow the instructions in that email to confirm your address and finish registration.

The profile page is a summary about each member. It includes questions where you can describe yourself, multiple-choice questions, a gallery where candidates can upload pictures, and a section for preferences about a potential spouse.

After you confirm your email address, you will build your profile using a step-by-step form. This includes creating your photo gallery and choosing a cover image. Once submitted, your profile must be approved by a Heavenly Match moderator before it is visible to others.

In the app, tap Forgot Password. Enter your email address and we will send instructions to reset your password.

If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, email our administrators at [email protected] and reset your password immediately so the unauthorized user can no longer access your account.

When you log in, this is the first tab you see. The Home tab shows candidates who match your filter criteria. You can also clear the filters to browse the full list of candidates in the app.

Navigation tabs are at the bottom of the app: Home, Matches, Messages, and Settings.

Go to the Settings tab, then open the My Profile section.

The more information you provide, the better your chances of finding a match. Profiles with photos are more likely to be viewed. You can post up to six photos, which can be shown to all members or only to members you choose—after an administrator approves them. Upload a photo and tap Private if you want to restrict who can see it. Other members can request access, and you may grant or deny permission to view your private photos.

Note: If a photo or video does not comply with our policies, an administrator may deny the upload. You will be notified promptly. Please ensure Islamic attire in all photo and video uploads.

Yes. Our administrators review uploaded photos to ensure they comply with our Code of Conduct.

You can message other candidates in Messages. You may only message someone after they accept your match request.

You can report offensive or suspected fraudulent profiles and any messages that breach our Code of Conduct. Tap Report Abuse and provide as much detail as you can. An administrator will investigate and contact you if needed. If necessary, the reported user may be banned. Your report is kept confidential.

The app provides many filters to find candidates who match your preferences.

Open the Home tab to see search options. Choose as many or as few criteria as you like; results are drawn from our member database.

We want every member to have a successful search and find their match, inshaAllah. To keep the platform halal, comfortable, and safe, we ask all members to follow our Code of Conduct.

Our administrators screen profiles and photos, but they do not read private messages between members. If you see a suspicious profile or receive spam or messages that breach the Code of Conduct, please report them. Our administrators are always available to help.

If you no longer wish to hear from someone, you can block them. They will not be able to message you or contact you through the app again.

If you like a profile but want to reach out later, you can bookmark it. Your bookmark list is for your convenience and is available under the Matches tab in the bookmarks section. You can remove bookmarks at any time. The other member is not notified when you add or remove a bookmark.

You can deactivate your profile by contacting Heavenly Match administrators through the contact form in the app or by emailing [email protected]. Deactivation temporarily pauses your account; you can resume when you are ready.

Congratulations! If you met your spouse through Heavenly Match, we would love to hear your story. To request permanent deletion, use the contact form in the app or email [email protected].

We take your privacy seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.

You do not need to reveal your full identity to other candidates. Your profile is shown using the display name you choose during registration.

Your phone number and email are for our administrators only and are never shown to other candidates. If you choose to share contact details, we recommend starting with email and using good judgment. Please follow our Code of Conduct. Once a conversation moves outside the app, we cannot take action for inappropriate behavior that occurs elsewhere.
