Heavenly Match is a service by Muslim Congress for Muslims residing in North America who want to meet their prospective spouse. We offer a safe, secure, and discreet environment where you can search for your marriage partner, communicate, and—inshaAllah—find your soul mate. This is open to Muslims regardless of culture, community, and sect.

There are four steps from signing up to talking to a prospective spouse:

• Build your profile. A step-by-step form covers how you would describe yourself, some multiple-choice details, what you are looking for in a spouse, and a photo gallery with a cover image. A moderator approves it before anyone else can see it.
• Search for candidates. The Home tab shows members who fit your filters. Narrow the filters to be specific, or clear them to browse everyone.
• Send a match request. When someone looks promising, send them a request. You can also bookmark profiles to revisit later under the Matches tab — the other person is never told that you did.
• Start talking. Once they accept, the conversation opens in Messages. Nobody can message you before you have accepted their request.

Everything sits under four tabs at the bottom of the app: Home, Matches, Messages, and Settings. Your own profile is under Settings → My Profile, and you can edit it any time.

Download the app from the App Store or Google Play and register with a few personal details, your email address, and your agreement to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. We will email you a confirmation link — follow it, finish your profile, and you can start searching as soon as a moderator approves it.

Joining is free: you can create a profile, search and filter candidates, and view basic profiles without paying. Sending match requests and chatting require premium, which is a one-time fee of US$50.00 that you can pay in the app. See the membership page for the full comparison.

You can post up to six photos, and profiles with photos get viewed far more often. Please make sure Islamic attire is observed in every photo and video you upload. An administrator reviews each upload against our Code of Conduct and will let you know promptly if something cannot be approved.

Photos can be visible to all members, or you can tap Private to restrict one. Other members can then request access, and you decide whether to grant or deny it.

You never have to reveal your full identity. Other members see the display name you chose at registration, not your legal name.

Your phone number and email address are for our administrators only and are never shown to other candidates. If you do decide to share contact details, we suggest starting with email and using your judgment — once a conversation moves off the app, we are no longer able to act on what happens there.

We follow industry standards to protect your data, including SSL encryption and administrator oversight throughout the process. Administrators screen profiles and photos, but they never read private messages between members. Our Privacy Policy has the full details.

Every member agrees to our Code of Conduct, which is what keeps the platform halal, comfortable, and safe. You have two tools if someone breaches it:

• Report Abuse — use this for suspicious or fraudulent profiles, spam, or offensive messages. Include as much detail as you can, including the relevant messages. An administrator will investigate, contact you if needed, and may ban the member. Your report stays confidential.
• Block User — if you simply do not want to hear from someone again, blocking them stops them from messaging or contacting you through the app.

Tap Forgot Password in the app, enter your email address, and we will send you reset instructions. If you suspect someone else has accessed your account, reset your password immediately to lock them out and email [email protected] so our administrators can help.

If you are getting to know someone and would rather not appear in search results, ask us to deactivate your profile. Deactivation is temporary — you can resume whenever you are ready.

Getting married? Congratulations, and we would love to hear your story if you met through Heavenly Match. We can also delete your account permanently on request.
